Goddess of the Night

This watchful goddess of night takes the form of a young woman. She is very short and has a lithe build. She has blue hair worn in a style that resembles a drifting cloud. Her hooded eyes are amethyst. She has tan skin. She is usually portrayed nude.


My second entry for *neko-of-lotherian 's contest, which requires you to use this: [link] deity generator to create a character. It was a lot of fun drawing characters I normally wouldn't have ^^
Except I made the mistake of trying a different coloring technique. I've seen a lot of tutorials that suggest you block in the basics of shading, then blend with the smudge tool...so I tried that. I guess people think it's easier, but I thought it was incredibly hard, much more difficult than simply using the brush at all times. But it resulted in a different textured look that I like, so I suppose it was worth it.
